Unable to find a web-based solution offering the depth required for enterprise class product development, Jama was born.

Jama Europe is operated by Xeau with exclusive license from Jama Software. Think of us as your local office, as if Jama HQ were here themselves from across the pond.

Xeau and Jama joined forces during Contour’s early development and together launched Contour in Europe in 2007. Contours development has since gone from strength to strength and Xeau enjoy a close relationship with Jama, working as an extension of the brand rather than just as 'partner'. We take pride in delivering the same high service levels customers come to know from Jama direct.

Back Story

Since 2002, Xeau has been the partner of choice for software vendors seeking dedicated and specialist channels to Europe. Our business model offers emerging technology companies a proven framework for creating a presence in Europe. In turn, our clients have better choice with access to leading-edge technology and overall can realise greater value from their investments in software.

Our organisation combines a wealth of knowledge in the requirements management space from previous partnerships and experience with IBM/Rational, Borland, Compuware, Seapine and Telelogic. Today, Xeau works exclusively with Jama Software to provide all localised operations for Contour in Europe responsible for sales & marketing, end-user technical support, professional services and partner management.

Open Platforms

Together, we believe open standards are important. Companies should be able to assemble best of breed software tools for their unique needs and configure those packages to work together. Contour was built with that belief in mind. Contour runs on most platforms (Windows, Unix, Linux etc), utilising commonly preferred application technologies such as MySQL and Application Server Apache Tomcat. Contour however, is not restricted to these two favoured technologies. Contour uses standard CSS for look and feel, can change terminology or language and connects to other systems on many different levels.

The Future

Contour is a customer driven product with its development roadmap created directly from customer feedback and input. Some of our best features have come from customer requests. The whole team take pride in the rapid release cycle and customers appreciate seeing requested features rolled out in a matter of weeks or months - not years.
