Contour OnSite licenses provide the right to download and install Contour in your own environment indefinitely, for a one-off fee. OnSite licenses are available in Named or Floating users, or a combination of both. - Named licenses allow a single named user access to the system
- Floating licenses allow unlimited users to be created, but permits access for 1 user at a time for each floating license held. When the user logs off, that floating license is released and becomes available for another user.
- Contour Server, reporting engine as well as unlimited collaboration user licenses are all included in the license fee
- Annual support & maintenance is already included in our Base Packages, and is added at the rate of 25% for all additional license purchases.
- After the first year, renewals of annual support & maintenance are optional, but required to continue receiving world-class technical support and regular product updates
